Welcome to Innovative Health Consultants LLC (“Innovative Health Consultants” we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our mobile concierge nursing services, IV therapy, and wellness services (the “Services”). By booking or receiving services from us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by us, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Innovative Health Consultants LLC. Your Conduct
We expect that all visitors engage with our Services respectfully. Any misuse of the website such as attempting to interfere with its functionality, gain unauthorized access to protected areas, or use it for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to our Services if such misuse occurs.
Cancellation and Refund
All cancellation and refund terms are governed by the individual client agreement signed at the time of acceptance into care. Please refer to your signed agreement for specific details.

1. Scope of Services
• Our services include concierge nursing, IV hydration, wellness, and related health support delivered in your home, office, or other agreed location.
• Services are non-emergency in nature. We do not provide urgent care or life-saving interventions. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility
• Clients must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian consent form signed.
• Clients must complete a health intake form truthfully and disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and current medications.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if client safety is at risk.
3. Medical Oversight & Limitations
• Our services are provided by licensed nurses under appropriate physician protocols as required by law.
• We do not replace your primary care provider or specialist.
• We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications unless otherwise authorized under state law and physician collaboration agreements.
4. Payments & Fees
• All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, cash.
• Fees for services are listed on our website or provided prior to booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be refunded or rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. • No refunds will be issued once services are rendered.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Provide a safe, clean environment for services to be delivered.
• Follow pre- and post-care instructions provided by our staff.
• Notify us promptly of any adverse reactions or health concerns after services.
7. Risks & Acknowledgment
• By receiving services, you acknowledge that IV hydration, injections, and wellness treatments carry potential risks including, but not limited to, bruising, infection, allergic reaction, or adverse response.
• You agree to hold, Innovative Health Consultants, its staff, and affiliates harmless from any liability arising from the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy
• All client information is protected in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• We will not share your personal health information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification
Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless, including their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your misuse of this site and/or our services.
Termination
By using these services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate your use of the services at any time by ceasing to access or use them. We reserve the right to terminate
or suspend your access to the services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorized or harmful activities.

10. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Davidson County, TN.
11. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
Attorney’s Fees
If we incur any legal fees associated with the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay our reasonable attorney's fees and any court, mediation, or other litigation expenses.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. You hereby consent to binding arbitration in the State of Tennessee to resolve any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written between you and us with respect to the website and any service it provides. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional Terms and Conditions, posted policies, guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use our site or any of its services. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective from and after the date that the same are delivered to you by e-mail or regular mail. Your continued use of the website after any changes have been made to this Agreement signifies and confirms your acceptance of any changes or amendments to this Agreement.
Waiver
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
